    On the Bushwackers did you use a spacer of sorts between the flare and fender for the pocket bolts? I'm getting ready to order new hardware for a similar mod. I believe I am going to need at least 1 inch bolts and some 1/2 inch spacers to truly bolt the flare in place. Do you remember what length you used?
    You had me going on the plastic welding for a minute but I think I'm just going to trim the excess and use some door edge molding to trim it off. Yours looks very clean though. Nice work!
