Doing well ... wish it was a little busy to burn some time, but I guess I'll just have to do the time and take the money. ;)

Sounds like training went well? What was the grand total parking bill for the week?

How's it going Rob? Came out to $67.00 give or take a quarter. My supervisor said the hospital will reimburse me:D I sure am glad I don't have to deal with that zoo every week. Friday I had a guy turn left right in front of me and stop for the people in the cross walk WTF! This happened on a new green light. Had a split second thought of putting to the boards and parking it in his passenger side:devil: But I just loudly proclaimed my displeasure and scared the crap out of the guy behind him as I weaved the Taco between them:D The rest of the drive home was uneventfull:thumbsup:

The training went good, got 99/100 on the performance exam. The written exam was a bitch, I think I did OK on that. I'll find out in a few weeks.

    Going good.
Glad they're reimbursing you...those parking fees sound like airport parking ... I'm guessing there are a few taxes in there.

That's another positive of working third shift, keeps us out of the heavy commute grind. I have a few friends working days, when we're driving home and see traffic on the inbound side ground down to a snails pace, I like to call them and ask "how's it going?"

BTW ... loving my hood struts ... thanks again for prompting me to get off the fence and do it!

Yeah, I watch inbound traffic in the morning as well. Occasionally I get to  to the wife as we pass:D
A friend of mine said "you can't put struts on those hoods, they can't handle it" Ate his words when I showed him mine in action:thumbsup:

Currently, in Alaska, it's 1:55AM; but, in 5 mins, it'll be 1:00AM. Which, if I got it right, means it's coming up on 4:00AM at your place?

As if time wasn't dragging by enough ... extra hour for me ... and this is probably the slowest night work-wise I've had in a couple of weeks. :frusty: :bored:

Back to reading about Rich's Granddad and his crew.

I'm not even sure what time it is. The time change really messed me up this year. Working the day shift, thought I was getting up at the usual 0330, turned out it was 0430. Totally screwed up my morning workout, so now the whole day is gonna be whacked!

 But yeah, hate it when you get a bad start ... like when you oversleep ... the whole day just seems to go to crap. Hope it gets better for you.

Struts are pretty damn cool, huh? I'm due to change my oil this break ... kind of looking forward to it ... wonder how many times I'll take the hood up and down?

Yeah, I saw when you posted what she said. Not sure that's accurate ... struts are more like what the "tuner kids" do these days ... but it is very nice. IMHO :D
