    I haven't found a real chorizo that I can enjoy eating. Not sure if it's the seasonings or the combo of seasonings and grease (fat), but it makes me feel nauseated after I eat.

    Truth though, soy chorizo with some sauteed mushrooms, zucchini, red onion and then throw in some beaten eggs. Heat up your tortilla of choice in a pan or directly on a low gas burner and then make a breakfast taco. Hot sauce of choice and some avocado slices and alfalfa sprouts and holy hell is it a great breakfast.
