    The wind has been blowing decently all day across the state accompanied by rain with the occasional snow...

    We picked it up on craigslist for free!:woot: had to break it all the way down to fit it in the car though but for free it was worth it.

    I was using my wife's old desk from her childhood and I was pretty cramped to say the least... haha

    Ah. So dairy free covers milk and vegan covers eggs. Or you could just leave dairy free off since vegan hits both. Haha how does it compare to redneck cornbread (regular cornbread)?

    Just out of curiousity do you stick to a vegan diet usually? I know you've been eating gluten free for a while.

    I'm just gluten free but this particular brand of cornbread is the one that I like the most and is the most like normal food. Good flavor and texture. Others that I've tried are dry or half of it ends up hopelessly stuck to the papers (I make muffins mostly). Funny since its the one that is the most restrictive. And dairy would normally be covered under vegan but I think they mention it separately for folks with dairy allergies.

    I see. My wife loves brownies and had a friend trying the gluten free diet to lose some weight and they made some gluten free brownies and she said they (the rest of the girls) were talking about how awesome they were. My wife took one bite and then secretly threw it away first chance she got:rofl: she said it was terrible.
