    This is Arnie Pye with Arnie in the Sky. We've noticed an accident on I-10/Katy Fwy/US-90. In West Side, the stall cleared from managed lanes on I-10 Katy Freeway Managed Lanes Outbound before The West Sam Houston Tollway.
