    I don't think Noah was in the car, he squeezed through the locked gate to get out & I don't think he'd risk going back & getting caught to get a car.

    Or.... Carol & Beth get the other patients to turn on the cops & now Darryl has a small group with him in the woods at the church.

    Or... it's just Darryl, Beth, Carol & Noah.

    I also think Carol & Darryl were watching when Beth & Noah tried to escape. Then they picked up Noah & he told them what he knows, like Noah said they kill the strong. That may be why Carol went in cause she looks weaker than Darryl.

    I thought it was a great episode, confused at first but picked it up quick. Reminds me (like TD people said) about Ricks first day waking up from coma.

    Season one / Vatos........ if i recall they would do runs for ammo, medicine and food. Just a thought

    Maybe Abraham beating him is what brought him into the hospital? But wouldn't that mean Abraham is in 2 places at once? I figured the Beth time line is picking up from when she was taken and ending with where Rick and group took out Gareth. Who knows. I'm done guessing, lol
