    hello all.

Got my new Taco last Saturday. Have been around for about a month. 15 minutes after I got home with it, the rain came. Finally got it washed today after days of intermittent rain showers and bird bombings, and shot a few pics.

Future mods will first be some running boards, or tube steps, have not decided which. And after that some new 16" wheels and better tires.

    Glad to be here

    Dan

I am very happy with the performance. It pulls very nicely at anything above 1500 RPM's. At 70 it only turns 2200 RPM's in 5th. I have not revved it to hard yet, but have given it 3/4 throttle up some hills in 3rd, 4th & 5th to help seat the rings. Very happy with my purchase.:D

Previously owned a 1991 extra-cab Toyota and put 180K on it, so I know what i am in for.

Righton:) I'm learning in this forum that 2.7 is the bomb! My Son has one from'99, but I'm hearing they're getting more power these days. Well, enjoy 91:)
