I turned in 34 pages of work in that class today. But on the bright side, if i need to model the oscillations in the springs on my struts relative to the bump I hit, I suppose I could.

Differential Equations. Its a lot of solving and substituting and then solving and substituting again and then solving more haha

I went up it last winter...I think in December. The gates were still open. Not much snow though. I love that drive.

I have no idea when the gate closes, but I know in march of two years ago it was closed.

^^haha. When I said not much snow, I guess I meant not much fresh snow. A lot was there but it was hard packed. Almost got stuck on the road up to the trailhead though. Two guys in tacomas were wood cutting and taking up 3/4 of the road. I mobbed the ditch and barely made it out.

I've tried going there in the spring to hike it and it's been closed. A forest ranger told me it usually opens up after memorial day depending on snow/trail conditions.

Good luck with the math class(es). I studied math at Emory. I concentrated in statistics, but I went through partial differential equations for mechanical engineering. I was never very "gifted" at math - it always took a lot of banging my head into the desk to figure stuff out. I know the struggle well. Have you tried Chegg? (Cramster in my day, but very helpful for homework none-the-less). Engineering was a lot easier once I knew it though!

Anyways, let me know if anyone wants to meet up in the third week of November in Anchorage.

    Hey,

I'm about to install an iPad in the dash of my Tacoma, and I'm concerned about the cold temperatures up in Fairbanks. I started a thread HERE. If anyone has any experience or advice they'd be willing to share, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
