Winner is David! All entries were great and I will get back with feedback for everyone when I can, but David's photo of the leaves on the bridge took it for me. I enjoyed the dynamic lighting, the composition, colors and overall feel of the photo. Also goes to show there's more to photography than who has the biggest sensor/lens. Well done.

Congrats, David! Yeah great job framing the waterfall and the bridge and getting the neat colors.

Hmm...tilt shift. I've seen some photos of that but it'll be interesting to see if I can figure out how to do it! Good challenge!

Congrats David, great shot! Went up against some great entries this week.

I'm gonna try harder to get in this next one...moving into a house and being gone for work is lots of work on the weekends. Should have enough free time this week :woot:

Didn't have a very good shot for this, but here's my first attempt at a tilt-shift edit:

Good participation, folks! Thanks for playing along. Here's some quick feedback from very much of an amateur.

Cool shot, and an even cooler car! I can see just a hint of the T/S effect. It's difficult to pull off the tilt-shift when the background drops so far away as it does in this photo.

Timely subject matter! I think the blur needs to be a bit stronger to really emphasize the T/S effect.

Good depth of field on this! Interesting shot too.

I like this! Great amount of detail. My only suggestion would be to use a slightly smaller aperture so as to get more of the snail in focus.

Here's what I took this week:

    AND THE WINNER IS:

Really like the detail you got out of the snail's antennae (right?). The camera loves that lil' guy! Excellent macro.

This is perfect! My Dad's elk season starts Thursday. He finally drew a bull tag after putting in for almost 20 years. I hope we can put a bull in the dirt.
