halo is about to change the world as we know it.

 

Lol... doubtful. I refuse to believe the hype of any game anymore.

 

Im beginning to feel that way as well. Plus i cant believe anything will be a gamechanger in halo (keep in mind i only played through reach). I just dont see any other aspects to add in the game without "making it a new style of game" which imo isnt halo.

 

I called xbox again about any updates and they were just completely rude and unwilling to help , all they said was we don't know and it's not our problem

 

That is the point that I would return the Xbox and tell them to fuck off

 

I thought about it , all they say is that's there is too many people downloading it and that it's activisions fault , it's like theyre already pissed off if your calling about it , then told her that I wanted to put a complaint and she just tells me that I can't

 

And the code for the game that I got isn't day zero , that's why it was saying invalid code yesterday

 

I just checked on it and it was on 25% and said ready to start , I'm about to start the campaign but won't let me do any online play until it's fully downloaded

Nah.... I played for a while but it got pretty boring to me. I'm still stuck on Destiny at the moment.

 

44% so far , been 6 hours

 

dude i bet if you started in halo 2 you played it for longer than any of the games u have ever purchased that are basically 6 month games if that. Halo 2 didnt add anything thats what makes it great its back to basics and true multiplayer gaming where the player matters not its loadout or xp in order to get better stuff. It created xbox live which drove sony to make ps live and made it what it is today. You owe it to halo and to yourself to get your man card back and get back in the saddle of true competitive gaming and slaughtering of your fellow human beings, riddled with shit talking and 1v1s. Not grinding on some mobs u have killed 1000 times already hoping for a epic!

You guys are scaring me. I preordered a digital copy of assassin's creed unity from game stop. I won't be able to start my download till the day of the release. I haven't had any issues with the digital cops in the past but now I'm worried.

What you're talking about is nostalgia. Yes Halo was fun back in the day. So was Goldeneye. Try going back and playing that now. We've moved on from Halo and there is a whole new system in place for bigger and better things. Yes I like Halo but not enough to keep my Xbox One sitting around collecting dust and paying 2 subs for one that I never played.

Destiny (to me) is the next incarnation of what Halo could and should have become. Over time I think it will contiune to get better as it has MMO elements in it and I don't mind grinding out new gear. Halo.... same maps, same thing, and maybe rasing your score up. That's in the past now to me.
