Ended up coming home today to get everything. I'm gonna try to get a little more wood. But I think I've got just about everything. Going to get a tent later this week.

 

Yeah I kinda get a little rolling vibrations but its usually just the way the road slopes from big rigs in JC. As far as balancing goes, it was fixed when I took it in, guess it couldve lost a weight again.

Ive tried the rocking test on both front tires. Nothing moves, even tried using a large crowbar to get them to move. The ball joints arent loose from what I know but not 100% on the location on those lol (kinda a suspension noob) As far as I know and from what I can tell my suspension is in good condition / close to brand new.

As for the mention of the tire being out of round, I guess Ill have to have Tire Barn specifically look at that when I take it out there again. Ive been told that there is a "Road Force" balance machine at a local shop, anyone have any experience with these? Worth the cost of the test? Im just tired of my truck driving like shit, it only started about a couple of months ago and I had had the tires and the OME kit for almost half a year at that time, never had the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm up in Davies plantation terrorizing shit lol. I broke the frame on my runner two weekends ago so going to be spending some fab time soon.

 

I feel like I'm going to show up terribly unprepared. lol

 

Don't sweat it just make sure you have a very warm sleeping bag lol...

On a side note can anyone get their hands on yuengling? If someone brings me a couple cases I'll pay you back for them

Warm sleeping bag is a must. And don't pee in your tent. I got everything ready to go tonight. If I can Levi do you want cans or bottles or do they just come in bottles. And how many cases. Hell I'll just text you when I am in the store.

They come in both cans and bottles. Yuengling is my #1 go to beer for all things.

I have only seen cans in 24+ packs, bottles come in 6, 12 (i think they come in 24 but maybe not.) that i know of. I usually get bottles in 12 packs.

 

You all have fun this coming weekend. looks like i’ll be in a tree stand, muzzleloader season opens saturday.

 

I had a leg of yuengling at my wedding. It was pretty epic.


Have you had light? Pretty good stuff too. Black and Tan is eh, ok.

 

I'm bringing a tent, warm sleeping bag, plenty of warm clothes, cooler to keep at camp, 2 small coolers to take in the truck (one for dry food and one for drinks/sandwich meat), cooking supplies, propane grill, water jug, chair, small table, tow straps, shovel, hammers, lantern, flashlight, wood, dry bag, paper towels, toilet paper, and I'm stocking up on food Thursday night. Anything I'm missing? I'd say that's the basics, but I could be leaving something out.

 

Fuck. I thought I was prepared with a tent, sleeping bag, some blankets, clothes, a cooler, bread, peanut butter, turkey, a case of water, wood, tp and paper towels. Guess I'm gonna have to run by the store lol.

 

Gid practically has a mechanic's garage in his tool box. I swear he has every tool and spare part you can think of. I'm gonna pick up a small tent and maybe a CB radio from walmart. From past experiences, the worst parts are freezing because of lack of clothing, no food or drinks with you while on the trail, or having to use leaves to wipe when you gotta take a shit on the trail. That's what I usually try to prepare for the most.

 

Bring boots (or shoes) you don't mind getting muddy, then another pair to keep clean with

If y'all just bring warm clothes and warm sleepin bags/blankets then everything will be there. I got my truck loaded up tonight with about half the bed full of wood. My ass end is draggin now. Haha

 

I don’t like the light at all. black and tan is ok though.

I don’t generally like any light beers but will drink a few of them if given to me.
