too each his own...im jsut pumped for the the return. I have wow for grinding and MMO which i have time invested in for years. i just didnt enjoy the shooter MMO and i gave it a good run.

Well it's winter in Alaska so Ill have some free time gonna go with the Xbox or Pstation. Which one should I go for and more importantly what cool games do they have? I used to like halo on xbox and even better way back in the day goldeneye have not played much since then. lol

 

And it's downloaded finally , now time to play

 

Honestly it depends on what your friends play on. They are both comparable and neither is dramatically better than the other. I personally like the PS4 because it is much more portable than the Xbox since I take mine to work and play. Other than that.... really not much difference at all. There are very few console specific titles out for either one so it's up to you. They are both good systems. I had both for a while.

 

Interested in what you think about it.

 

Haven't gotten to the campaign yet but I've been playing the multiplayer and it's alright , I think they made it too much in the future , it's no longer realistic IMO , more like a mixture of halo/destiny/titanfall

 

That was the impression I got just watching the review. I really miss modern warfare when it came out. At least it was semi realistic. I understand the natural progression of things (hell I'm playing Destiny) but like you said.... it seemed as if they copied the titanfall formula.

 

I for one love AW. I think they changed the game around a ton which was what was needed to help cod survive

 

Yeah it's definitely a change from all the past ones , it should be better than ghost , I hated that game

I fucked up and did a digital DL of that fucking game and now I'm stuck with it. THAT is why I will always buy a physical copy of a game from this point forward.

 

I loved mw2. The gameplay was fun online till it was full of cheaters. And prestige made it more difficult since you had to work your weapons up again. i honestly doubt ill ever play another (unless its a gift), disliked black ops and ghosts.

But we both know we will be playing destiny for a while. I am looking forward to bloodborne.

 

After Titanfall I was done. I played the shit out of the beta and loved it. Bought the game and after 2 weeks I absolutely hated it. When you start off with one of the best guns in the game there is nothing to work for. Titanfall was the reason I bought a Xbox One (that and Forza which is a great game). But I saw no reason to keep it for just one game and Halo will be no game changer.

Quite honestly man... I'm really enjoying Destiny. It has it's flaws. Every game does. I'm disappointed that it wasn't the "scale" I was expecting but that will grow over time. Like many have pointed out... I do not like this new system of releasing a partial game only to have to download extras with DLC but Destiny is a little different in that aspect. If you've ever played a MMO then you kind of know what to expect. That is where I personally think Destiny did it right. It is more MMO-ish than any other console game (barring FF A Realm Reborn) and it is a FPS that is fun to play however you chose to play it.

 

I am too. I'm also looking forward to Dragon Age since it will have co op in it also.

 

Jesus Christ Microsoft.. first I cant download the game and now people cant sign in to xbox live. . Fuck I think I deserve some of my money back..

 

Yea i was disappointed with the scale as well. But now that ive created a new titan with totally different style of gameplay i find the game renewed. Debating about switching back to voidwalker just so i can use nova bomb (starting to feel like fireborn took the fun out of a super since its more of a relied on skill/not used very often)

Isnt dragon age already out? Ive never played any of those before

The main reason I created a Titan was because I had a full set of exotic / legendary equipment for the Titan sitting in my vault. Just hit 20 last night and now am sitting at almost 27 lol. Gonna grind out some strikes and mats for the armor and hopefully will be at 29 by later today or tomorrow. I'll have 2 sitting at 29 then. I tried the hunter but just hated the gameplay. Got it to level 26 and deleted it.
