    I don't mind at all. The second picture actually came from the owner of Expedition Portal.

    I agree. The body on this thing seems rather....large.... Hopefully the production version will be a little slimmer. Or hopefully it's just the camera angle.

    I had a Safari Snorkel on my '05 Wrangler. Short answer; No. Long answer; Hell no. I did manage to find a dead bird in my air box after a cross country trip though. Haha

    I had a very consistent Highway 30 mile each way commute. Using my ultra gauge I saw a 1.5 to 2 mpg increase. It doesn't quite make sense... But it was the only mod I did to my truck over a few months and I tracked my ultra gauge regularly.

    Update,,,, , I spoke with a Gentleman @ ARB USA up in Wa. Yesterday morning,

    He said the 'Tech's from Safari' would be back in house @ ARB in the next couple of weeks,,for 'final fitting' & approval on the 2nd gen Tacoma they have in house.

    If approved, then they are probably a couple weeks from getting this, into production, then production time,,,,,,,and THEN,, shipping from down under,

    Probably looking at July or so best case for arrival here , Still no official part number.

    Part of the 'delay' he mentioned was a redesign in the function, and they are looking at the snorkel acting as a 'positive pressure' CAI as well as snorkel,, with an anticipated 3psi (+-) positive pressure at the intake based on revised design.

    Hmmmmm,,,,,,,,,,
