    Finally broke into the 1000 club, been doing the Wendler program for 3 months and re-tested my maxes last week. 6'5", 210

    Bench - 220 :)o weak, long ass arms suck for bench)
    Squat - 340
    DL - 510

    Also lifted a 200 snatch today, 265 clean and jerk, 280 squat clean. I want to get 300 clean by the end of the year.

    wide-grip lat-pulldowns: 3 sets of 10, 8, 8 @ 210
    v-grip rows: 3 sets of 10, 8, 8 @ 180 lbs
    flat dumbbell flys: 3 sets of 10, 10, 9 w/ 50 lb dumbbells
    incline dumbbell press: 3 sets of 10 w/ 50 lb dumbbells

    shrugs: 3 sets of 15 @ 315
    incline dumbbell curls: 3 sets of 12 w/ 25 lb dumbbells

    While at the gym yesterday, a couple people were going for the 1200 club at school. Come to find out, my buddy totaled 1650 at 180lbs, no suit, the other day. :eek:
    If he wasn't so into body building, I think he could do well in power lifting.

    I don't understand people like that. One of my biggest problems with globo gym type places is I feel like it takes me so long to get a great work out because the machines are being "used" by someone ie. sitting there on there phone or taking 30 minutes to do a set

    Yes. This kid is a whole different breed though. He's probably 23-24, has extremely shitty hygiene (wears the EXACT same clothes every day, long fingernails, smells like shit, long and greasy hair, etc.) If he didn't have a home, you'd think he was homeless. The bad thing is that we've got fucking showers here! Anyway, he fucking talks to EVERYONE. He'll seriously be up here for 3-4 hrs talking to people, getting on their nerves. My boss (the owner) always tries to jack up his membership, but the mother fucker always finds a way to pay it each month! Niqqa is the worst part of my day. Although there is another guy in his early to mid 40's who hits on every single girl in the gym. If he rides by the gym, he'll stop if there are a lot of cars, just to hit on girls. He's overweight, but horny as fuq....like, the dude needs professional help. Every time he comes up to me, it's regarding how he'd fuck some girl on the elliptical or some shit lol. I've seriously never had an actual conversation with him outside of sex and I talk to to this mother fucker 4-5 days a week!

    Those are some impressive numbers for someone that size, but I've seen it before. Hell, at 209, I'm only in the 1085 club. I have got to get my squat numbers up

    1305 is doable, but 1650, come on man, nevermind 181 (83kg) weight class, fuck weight classes, his friend's wilk score is in top 150 in the whole world.

    And top 20 in 83kg class in the whole world, bitch please!!

    Don't let your jealousy fuel your thoughts. Videos of people lifting more then that on youtube in same class. I know it's up there and he has potential to go far with it, hence the comment I made about his body building. I've personally seen him pull and squat over 6, so I fully believe it.
    It's just powerlifting, try not to get all worked up about it.
