Its an adapter that mirrors what is on your phone via bluetooth and allows you to operate the phone from the touch screen on the radio. First thing that comes to mind is using Google Maps.

This radio is GPS ready with another adapter but I am thinking the mirrorlink would be more useful.

New deck looks great. Why no navi tho? Pioneer maps are some of the best I've ever used. The number off offroad trails in the nav is pretty impressive. No bullshit...turn by turn instructions to TOTW in Moab!

I am running map software on a tablet I have set up for the truck already plus I have a Garmin as it is. But the Garmin is being a pain lately so I might just pick up the adapter and get it running. Or start with Mirrorlink and see how it is with Google Maps.

So I needed to get the sliders cleaned up especially on the underside since I have some small cancers building up. Chippd them off and ground them clean and applied liberal coats of rustoleum satin. Top got a light sanding and a couple of clean coats of the same paint. Did a little other clean up work in preparation for winter.

Next weekend front diff comes out to tear down and check the bearing. Preload came undone since gear install and the front has play in it. Need to make sure all is well in there. Juploadfromtaptalk1414976895489.jpg

Yeah we noticed play in the front driveshaft last time it was on the rack. Wasn't the driveshaft it was the pinion on the front diff. Preload was gone. Tightened it down but now there is some binding as though maybe a bearing is going. So it's coming apart this weekend to make sure everything is OK and replace what is needed. I would rather not grenade a ring.

Bearing wear or some other damage. The nut did not back off at all. There was play in the pinion flange so we torqued the nut to just the point of preload. After torquing you could feel that the bearings or gear mesh was uneven. I hope it just happens to be a bearing. If not, we have my 4.56 gears ready for my 4runner and I will just have to wait longer.

Wait so what are you running these days? I have CO2 as well but it is not very efficient in the winter and the OBA I have now is just about to crap out.

I am getting the Vivair 400H. It actually has faster times then the larger 450H. I might get a tank too and pre-fill.
