I have read comments about in-channel vent visors and how they can scrape the tinting material off of windows. Can someone give me some idea of what style to go with that are easily installed and will not damage tint material of molding/paint? Thanks for the advise in advance.

I got theses http://tacomatownonline.com/ generic ones (go to the exterior category and you will see them) and I love them. I have not noticed any damage to my window or tint since putting them on 15 months ago.

i have AVS in channels. the guy that did my tint said he applied heat to the tint at the edge of the window longer than normal to make the bond as strong as possible. i also waited a full seven days before rolling my windows down after getting the tint done. i haven't had it longer than two months, but no issues whatsoever so far. also the window vents were super easy to install.

I have weathertech, and tinted windows. My driver side is still tight when rolling up at the end of the up-travel, but no adverse issues with the tint.

I have the EGR in-channel window deflectors and haven't had any issues what so ever with my tint peeling.

Maybe if the tint was new and you kept rolling your windows up and down it would cause it to peel..

After searching, so far, it appears that weathertech is the on company that makes in-channel visors for the 2015 doublecab. I have left a message for them to verify before I make a purchase.

Weathertech with tinted windows too, and either though the passenger front window is tight as shit, still no damage to the tint. * fingers crossed *

I have used a set of in-channel visors on both an '06 and an '11. No tint problems. Mainly because the visor rubs the glass on the outside while the tint is on the inside.

Would I be correct in assuming if I want to get my Windows tinted I need to do that before I install the visors

Before or after...makes no difference. I have run tint and Weathertechs for the last 15 years on 5 different trucks and 4 mini-vans. Some tint before visor, some after...all with no issues.
