    Walks are the highlight of my day. Twice a day. Snow, rain, nuclear meltdown, whatever. Clears the demons out and moves blood around.
    It's a great opportunity to hold hands too :).

    They train us for the heat of the middle east nowadays not the cold of Russia. I've rarely ever needed any of my cold weather gear in the 9 years I've been in now. I sweat my ass off regularly though...

    I would like a new hobby, but I shouldn't... haha


    Well wife just texted me saying she'll be home soon. Time to go start dinner. I'll pry be back in an hour or so.

    Took a walk myself today. Had a difficult morning with repeated issues so I went to the local "wilderness preserve" in my area. It's the same place I've posted pics from with the abandoned rail line.
    The county has pulled over 3 miles of track and is regrading for a wonderful new bike/hike trail addition.
    I walked about 1 1/2 mile down it send then back to the car before lunch today.
    Luckily only interrupted my one phone call along the way.

    Gotta get my outdoor time in. :eek:

    Ah, Good man. Outdoor time is important for the mind and body. I was taught to take brain breaks and they were very serious about them. I wasn't until I decided that I needed to change my my downward spiral. Works.
