I drive my truck every day and love it. The 35 lb flywheel helps as well.

How much driveline vibes do you get at highway speeds when you dd it? Do the CVs make it any better/worse?

Yeah thanks for that one

There is so many other vibes and other things going on I'm not sure how much is driveline vibes. I have a semi solid mounted drive train so i get engine vibes as well as 37" tires that add vibes at high way speeds. As well as a shaking bed from most of the supports cut out of it . Needless to say I got vibes!

i wonder if the supercharger helps with the heavier flywheel though. im thinkin i go with slightly lighter than 38 pounds....

edit: just got off the chat line with LCE. cool guys, know their stuff.... i have a new clutch headed my way:) thanks Jerry and Jason for the recommendations!

How hard was it for you to install your supercharger? How difficult would it be for a novice?

It's pretty easy I had it done in about 2 hours. The hardest thing is the tensioner pully I had to chase the threads on the block to get it on. But that's real simple as well.

So the truck is getting big changes during the off season and I'm looking into glass fenders and bed sides. The bed is going by by and I'm fully caging it from the tail gate to the engine. So far I like the McNeil 6" the most, the others I've seen I'll have to Hack up the fronts to fit my tires seeing how far forward my axle is. I'm sure I'll have to cut these as well but the rise on them will help the amount I'll have to trim. I'm still shopping so if anyone has some other suggestions on some glass that has enough clearance for my 37's at full flex let me know. Im not seeing much other then Glassworks and I'm not sure I want to deal with the headaches ordering from them.

So with my bed going by by my rack and rear bumper will be for sale if a few weeks.

The bed rack will be $700 it's custom and one of a kind with duel swing out sides with 250lb gas shocks and center support that can hold a 37x12.50 and a bin at once it's powder coated and about 6" lower then the cab. I'll let that one go now if anyone wants it quick.

And the rear bumper $600 it's the first Elite bumper with wrap around protection none are built anymore and it's been a great bumper. It's in great shape with no dents a few scratches and for another $150 I'll blast it and powder coat it for you. That will be for sale once i pull the truck apart.
