If you are referring to the Moog bolts from Rockauto I think they got that mostly straightened out and both bolts work now.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
Note the fine print at shops when asking for alignment. Many say "adjust toe. measure caster and camber." They don't usually mess with more than tierod adjustment. Have to find a good shop.

Yep. I ended up spending $50 at a local shop that I told myself I would never go to (looked run-down and unkept). They fixed all my alignment issues and the truck now pulls straight. Can't judge a book by its cover I suppose. My Moog parts are holding up just fine (even the Camburg UCAs with Moog ball joints- heard the ball joints will only last to 25k miles though). Toyota was just too lazy (or didn't know how) to mess with caster/camber. Still pissed about it. Imagine all of the vehicles that got a "toe and go" and wonder why their tires aren't lasting.

The energy suspension instructions say just burn out old rubber. Sounds easy enough. I might try them out. Haven't decided which bushings I want really.

I did end up getting the energy suspension bushing kit.
They went it easy enough. Getting the old rubber out and cleaning up the metal first was a serious pain.

They don't sell just the LCA bushings. Have to get the full control arm kit. A bit of a waste if you have aftermarket UCAs.

Driving is more predictable now maybe. Could be all in my head. The old bushings at rear of LCA were really softened and flexible. Could move them around with bare hands. The bushings at front were still pretty solid and even with tools they didn't flex much. The new poly bushings though are really stiff. No flex at all that I can see.

excellent. v5iov did the energy suspension bushings and is happy with them.

I may go with the Energy's or try my luck with Whiteline again.

Energy, noted. What's the P/N for the whole kit?

So, I have been beaten and have thrown in the towel, ordered some Dirt King LCAs. Started pressing the new bushings in and they were hell, ended up bending a shell and was sick of messing with them. Still have all the pics, but will post them here instead of a new thread as I won't have taken this project to completion.
