This is a cool bucket list item. I've been watching that shit since Joey Dunlop's glory days and it never ceases to amaze me. Saying it would be intense is like saying Michael Jordan was a basketball player or Tiger Woods golfed once. In today's PC society I'm surprised it even still exists.

I guess you don't remember. I was just looking around and on a super charger only thread you asked if anyone was watching the NBA playoffs. Off topic question right off the bat. Not like you. Made me laugh.

 

Oh yeah. I say some pretty awesome shit most of the time so it's hard to remember all the awesome shit I've done. My existence is more about the next awesome thing I will do as opposed to living on past awesomeness. Ya heard?!?

I haven't see to many of them though. I waiting for them to ban vehicles up where I hunt on some of the trails because they get stuck and fuck everything up trying to get out. saw several this last week, some even in areas that you're not supposed to have anything with a motor. So I can say atvs are not the only problem it's dumb people on all sides.

 

I've hot that speed on the on-ramp to I25.... I'm talking legally here and not with special LE privileges either.

 

I just started seeing them this year, and I agree, it comes from all sides, but unfortunately the atv's and cycles draw more attention to themselves. Most of the illegal bypasses are made by them. Don't misunderstand me, I'm not against them at all.
This particular sign and others like it were all up on Long Draw Road so that may have something to do with it. That area seems to operate under a different set of rules.

 

Oh I deffinatley agree, if I could afford horses I would go that route for hunting. Unfortunately the upkeep is expensive, and a vehicle won't get into the areas I hunt, so the atvs and hiking are the way I gotta do it.

 

You also see a lot more hiking

 

Oh it's about 4-6 miles of hiking from where we park our atvs. We get there so early they forget about the noise any way.
