    My grandparents have the old one and while its a turd on accerlation it does cruise nice at 80 even and gets good gas but you gotta get to a cruising speed first. If it had note pick up it would be amazing

    2.7 was mainly used in lighter trucks, and also usually had the manual trans.
    Also most people with a 4 cylinder don't drive like me and other people with V6's, so when driven lightly they will be more efficient, but driven normally (San Diego traffic normal, not ride through the country normal) they will be less efficient because you're flogging it to not be a traffic hazard.

    Yep. I have a 98 taco, dad has an 02 Tundra and 94 pickup. We used to have an 85 4Runner, 01 Camry and 96 taco.

    I want a second gen and also an older pickup. I tried to convince my mom to get a 4Runner.
