anyone on a 255/85/16 on a Baja suspension?

    Wondering if the minor 2.5"/2" lift will be enough to clear the 33" tire and stuff it in the fender when crawling... Planning a Moab trip, I think that's the tire I want to use....

    i have a 1.5 in the rear 2.5 in front and 285/70/16's only rub slightly when turning sharp i have no problems around moab with them if this helps

    That's a short 32, op wants to run a true 33" tire. I know someone put some 255s on stock suspension and it worked fine, all the had to do was smash the pinch weld for daily driving, I think with the baja suspension you would be fine.

    I'm sure the baja can clear the 255s if you flatten the pinch weld.

    I bought em and love em - no modification needed at all, not a single one. I have recently added an all pro bumper too, I'll post pics later today.

    I had them with the stock bumper, they fit fine with the baja suspension they DO rub the fender liner under full compression but I don't know if that's because of the way I have had to fold the fender liner for the new bumper or if it would anyway... it does not rub anywhere else that I can tell.
