Ya got that right. My ass is dragging. 2.5 hrs to clock out. No coffee for me. I want to rack out and be to sleep rapidly. Start my weekend around noon with some quality sleep under my belt.

I guess yping is as gooda s anything to keep the body buisy and alert.

Hoping to get some work done on my project truck. Been way too buisy to enjoy the repair process of the '04 TRD. I've had this truck for a full year and have made so little progress that I'm embarassed.

I got it up on the lift yesterday and told everyone I know that any paying jobs are going to have to wait.

Took a quick screen shot with the shop cam a few minutes ago to remind myself what I'm doing when i get up. Sorry, infrared cameras are always in black and white. The line down the middle is my retractrable extension cord. Don't mind me...just rambling to keep awake.

I have a brake line or master cylinder leak that I can't locate and its bugging the shit out of me. I need to get the wife to push the brake pedal while I search for the bastage.

Before and after the suspension was replaced/repaired. You may have seen the pics before.

Spent all day welding on my new bed rack, got the rig packed - now trying to grab some sleep. Not happening.

Have a feeling it's one of those days when the alarm clock is useless, already awake.. Heading out at 0400 to Hell's Canyon, Oregon - then on to Moab.

    Yes Haw!

Speaking of bed racks...I've been seriously thinking about building a rack for this truck when the time comes. I'm thinking it would be pretty handy for hauling full, lengths of iron. Lots of pretty cool options to choose from...Am worried that SWMBO would have issue with it though. She claims she is driving this truck when hers gives up the ghost. Little does she know, her Tacoma with 118k on the clock is going to be running a long time.

Funny, each one I design and fabricate brings another set of ideas for the next one..

It'd be pretty trick to have a base frame that remains stationary and fixed to the bed, with sleeved legs and bolts/hitch pins to couple the upper part. Easy job to take off the rack section for big cargo, etc..

I do have some tubing to bend for a machinist, might have him turn down some sleeves for me..

Found the leak. Bad seal in the master cylinder. Brake fluid leaking between the booster and master cylinder. Easy fix, minus the $90 for a new master cylinder. No sense trying to fix the ms, brakes are way too important to try and get off cheap. I consider the day a success.

Enjoying the thread and glad I can post random Shit.
