I think they sent me the wrong seat covers. The bottom has a section at the front that hangs over and I'm not too happy with the "cat ears" on the back on both sides. Looking in line, that seems normal, but for customer seat covers, should not happen.

Sounds like they sent you bucket seat covers for a TRD Sport - which it exactly what they should look like. Call them - they are super easy to work with.

Nice talking to them on the phone, but the jury is still out if they will replace them. They are going to talk about and call me back. :(

I called in the order and never did I say I had a TRD. Hope they will work with me and the guy I talked to (David,) was nice to me about it.

Just had time to get my wet oaks on this morn from the gb. Before fitting anything looked over the receipt and it says "sport bucket" and I have a off road.. I heard there was a differance and immediatly stopped. Wtf. Looked back in this thread and seems like there is a differance.. I'm goin to have to call them and see what's up.. this sucks.

I hope I'm also this lucky

Wet Oak said the invoice stating SR5 is just a side copy of the seat for airbags, and the TRD only offers sport bucket seats. Wont know till I get everything on...

My invoice said "09- TOYOTA TACOMA SR5 COPY 0580" under description.
The next column over said "SPORT BUCKET W/ H.R. AIR BAG." I have a TRD so mine appear to look right, I bet you are good. I still haven't even put the damn things on yet, will do this weekend.

Yes, they do get quite warm. I usually start out on "HI" and switch to "LO". But they still get to warm and I turn them off within 20min. I have not noticed the switch getting warm.

I had no doubt. I'm on my second set, first went into my car about 4 years ago. They were easy to work with them, and this time was the same. Glad it worked out for you.

Got mine installed today. Just like everyone said, they're awesome quality and were easy to install by yourself. I unbolted the front seats but left them in the cab. the back took like 10 minutes to finish. I'm parking it in the garage to let it air out overnight.

    Here's some terrible pictures:

Looks good! I never noticed a bad odor. Maybe I'm less sensitive to them.
