Who is the Resident CB expert here?

 

True...I guess it is 21 here currently

 

I'm ready for it. When it starts snowing I have the chance for snow days.

 

i know my way around one but gramps is pretty good too

Not me. $80 later my CB still doesn't work right.

 

And just like that it started snowing here lol

 

I need to fish my coax cable from the engine bay yo the glove box but the smaller poly holes are too small am I miss I g something or is the drivers side the way to go

 

I don't know about 2nd gen but the driver side was best for my 1 at gen.

 

I should be based on the amount of CB components I've gone though

I found a nice little grommet high on the firewall on the drivers side. I have several wires running through it. I pulled it out, cut out the solid middle and slit it on the side. Then I replaced it around the wires so the metal didn't wear on them. It puts you into the cab right behind the aux fuse panel.

No I got the quick connection one firering or something.

 

Yeah mine was like that but the end you connect to the CB was not yet attached. I got it from the radio shop on south Sheridan. That old man knows his shit.

Growing up in steamboat I never saw a snow day, but say the metro area see a few because of 4 inches, while we got 18 ices over night.

 

went about for an hour this morning..

 

In my 18 years of school in Steamboat, I have only had 2 days off. 1 because of power outage and the other was -52 when school was starting. The buses could not get going...

 

Ya I missed both of those days off by a year. I graduated from sshs on 09. I forgot to add, and still went to school, at the end of that post.
