How do you suggest to remove? Good to know.

It was super simple with the spray cans...took about 45 min or so.

    Good to know!

Like I said above, it was really easy with spray cans. Only needed two cans to do stock suspension parts, Expos, frame, crossmembers, and rear axle. Took about 45 min.

But is it drippy and constantly tacky? Is it like it never drys?

Not tacky, but yes it's "wet" until the product stops working basically. Just has a semi gloss look like you can see in the pictures.

I heard it can work anywhere from three months to possibly a year?

I was thinking of brushing on rust encapsolator on the whole frame.

Used two cans (11.75oz) from RuralKing.com. You might want three cans of you wanted to do two coats or just wanted to be safe. I did all I talked about and I have a tiny bit left in one can.

I am interested to see how it wears off over time.

I am also interested in toyota getting off their ass and inspecting maryland tacoma frames. I know mine will pass and that they will coat it for free, i'm just not sure what with

I am too. If it lasts three months, (which would be the worst part of winter) I will be happy. In that case, I think I may just buy more cans and have it applied year-round.

If it lasts three months, it would then be about $80 per year if I stayed with using the spray cans, which I think is a small price to pay for a better protected frame.

The fluid film isn't really that wet. If you run your finger across it, you can tell it's a light film, not drippy.

I will try and take some better pictures tomorrow up close if you wanted a better angle on it. I'm also interested to see how if there is any change in the week or so since I put it on.

Looking for some advice. It seems I got too much fluid film on my cab mount bushings and now I can hear them creaking big time when going through turns and over bumps. I will try and wash off the fluid film on the bushings but is there any way I can lube them or something to stop creaking?

Going along with that, what type of lube should I use on my rear leafs and rear leaf bushings to stop them creaking?

You should be able to find poly bushing lube at your local auto store and works well.
Keep in mind when lubing rubber, do not use petroleum based lubes.
As far as the leafs, a spray much like wd40 my work and is fine to use.

For the leafs, i put a jack on te hitch and flex the axel way down, then smear grease on the old contact patches front and rear on both leafs

Here you go AR15...as you can see, depending on the thickness of the coat, the fluid film can be a little more glossy and more of a film. I ran my finger across the film on the rear of the frame (first picture) and it was like a very thin film of grease had been applied. I think I went a little heavier on the axle, so it was more glossy.

It's not "drippy," but there is a film of it when you run your finger across.
