PROBLEM#1: So I went on a a wheeling trip with some guys and managed to get some moisture in my 50" radius light bar. We did several creek crossing which probably caused it to get moisture. But my 50" radius light bar has been rained on and it was fine.

I washed my truck after the trip was over and made it looking good. I took my 50" radius light bar off to see if I could manage to send it back to OKLEDLIGHTBARS. I'm still waiting on a response from them.

The 50" radius light bar was sent to me with minor cosmetic damage. I thought nothing of it because I already had a 30" light bar in my lower grill from the same company and haven't had any issues yet.

PROBLEM #2: So the day after i washed my truck and my 50" radius light bar was off my truck, I wanted to test my 30" light bar to make sure everything was working properly. It turned on just fine. I went to turn it off and it did not turn completely off. But it wasn't completely on either. It was a low light that would flicker slightly.
I did some research and found some things that it could be the wiring and/or the switch.

Please let me know what you guys think and what I should do!

Yea I love their products thus far. Their response with regards to their warranty covering my 50" radius will decide whether or not I will continue to be a customer for them.

If splashing got water in the bar, the seal was shot.

    You're flickering would be a switch/relay problem.

This sounds more like the relay or switch has water in it or went bad. I'm doubting running through a creek fast would ruin the 50" bar on the roof. If that was the case washing your truck would ruin those.

I'd start tackling the wiring/relay before warranty.

Swap out the relay and see if that solve the issue. The relay is just a fancy switch. If you don't have a water proof relay, I would consider getting one.

I had a second relay for my 50" that I tested out. Everything seems to be working fine. Just gotta get water proof relay and fix the moisture in the light bar.

    Thanks for the help everyone!

I'd get a DMM out and start tracing to see where the issue is. Or just swap out the relay and see if that works. Water could be in the connectors or in the fuse shorting things out.

Do you hear the fuse click when you turn it off/on right now?

My guess is your fuse is out or you have standing water somewhere that is causing a short in the system. I say this because you said it wouldn't turn off and flickers. My bluesea fuseblock did this when it got really wet after I washed the engine in my truck. I had to just take compressed air and blow out the water, problem solved.
