Does anyone have suggestions on hard bed covers for their Tacoma's. I am leaning more toward a trifold cover that way I am still able to fold it and use the entire bed in a pinch. I am reading a lot of them have trouble with leaking ? Does anyone have suggestions on which manufacturer to go with that have good quality and reasonable pricing. Thanks.

BakFlip F1 Bed Cover, Pop Lock for tailgate, Weathertech Digi Fit Floor mats and Side Window Deflectors, Dash Cover, Custom Seat Covers, Hood Protector, Scanguage 2, TopLine Bed Expander, and Rear seat cover for dog, lots of LED lights (from Chris)
I have the BakFlip F1. I've had up to 5 feet of snow and total downpores of rain with no leaks. Very strong and supports my weight (200 pounds) standing or sitting on it with no buckling.

I have a Bakflip Roll-X and love it. It's a hard cover but you can roll it up in a matter of seconds and have nearly full access to the bed. I get a drip of water every now and then, but it keeps things dry.

I ended up with the Undercover Classic and love it. It's light enough that it can easily be removed when I need access to the full bed. So far, that has not happened.

Thanks for everyone's input. I do like BAK flip Roll-x. It seems like it would be less prone to leaking by design. I just don't know if I can swing the price right now. I just dropped 34k on the truck. Thank you everyone !

I have a Fold-A-Cover and really like it! Opens from the front or back, remove 4 bolts and it comes completely off. Does not interfere with the bed tie down track. Secures the tailgate from being opened.

Foldacover ftw! Being able to open at the front or back of the bed is a time saver. Haven't had any leaking issues minus when I pressure wash at the tailgate seal but even then it's minimal.

I've got an Extang Solid Fold. Good security and if you install correctly no leaking. Got it through Truck Alterations. If you tell him your on TW, you get a significant discount. Be cautious of covers that open with a pulling wire. Zero security.

on the extang solid fold, to get access to the "full" bed, you have to completely remove the cover? It doesn't appear to fold up against the back window like a Bakflip would.

I wanted the backflip roll, thing is sweet, but couldn't swing it, so I went with the Access Limited. I like it. DIdnt get the trifold as it blocks the rear window completely when folded up. Probably something I could get accustomed to though.

You are correct. It does not fold up to allow access to the whole bed. It does remove in approx. 2 minutes. The backflip was in my final choices, but passed due to such ease to get into the bed. A hangar and a few seconds and your in.

Will the extang and bakflip work with the Toyota cleats installed in the rails?

I have had a bakflip VP on for 6 months. So far so good. I get a few drips on the sides near the tailgate. I sealed the gaps up front near the cab and have not seen a drop in that area since day 1 of the install. I live in Ft. Lauderdale and the cover has been rain tested thoroughly. As far as the drips near the tailgate an adjustment may fix ,but it's such a small amount it does not concern me.

Undercover hard cover. Opens & closes easily, very secure locks, inside light, flips up high for carrying stuff, removes if need in bout 5 minutes with a helping hand. Mine is 8 years old, never an issue with it and still looks good with a light coat of wax. Undercover got it right.
