    :thumbsup: if you haven't cooked GF pasta before just be warned that it can be a little weird/tempermental - sometimes it cooks up like normal pasta, sometimes it takes longer and sometimes it can go from good/done to mush in like 30 seconds. I like the Barilla brand - its tastes most like regular pasta and cooks up easy too, no mush. Tinkyada isn't bad either.
