    arms look huge, legs dont look too small. i've also noticed some guys have big quads but small calves. hard part to grow i guess

    anybody ever noticed that blacks/africans typically don't have big calves genetically?

    My buddy used to have a theory-- the smaller the calves, the more ghetto they are.

    He was sitting down doing lat-pulldowns and his quads/hams are literally smaller than his legs. It's pathetic



    In other news, I just completed my first GVT leg day and I only almost threw up twice!

    squats: 10 sets of 10 @ 135
    lying leg curls: 10 sets of 10 @ 25 lbs per leg
    leg pulls: 3 sets of 15 @ 20 lbs (these things are no joke! I've never done them before, but this is the basic movement:

    I got a weightlifting belt and connected it to the lowest lever on the cable crossover machine and put my legs in the belt and went to town; it hit my glutes, hams, quads, and abs...great workout!)
