    1) Guy and his friends start a social media-based hookup site.
    2) One of them gets involved with a sexual harassment scandal.
    3) People are, for some reason, surprised by this.

I " luckily" do commercial sales only. Back when I was on the counter we would see how many times we could get the customer make the noise their car was making. we'd pretend not to speak English....

Right next to the Chevy 250 six in a row and single barrel carb. My 77 Malibu had that and my goodness you could fit another one next to it in the engine bay.

I just watched him on fox and while I do feel bad for him, how can you live in that basement and have no idea of what's going on above you?

You practically had to, if you wanted to break the rear wheels loose, haha!

    What's wrong with orange? :notsure:

I actually like the backlighting on our gauges. Doesn't screw with my night vision but is plenty visible.

I sometimes roll my eyes when I see people extolling the virtues of the 22RE. I'm sure I'm jaded as I purchased mine with 143K and ended up putting less than 10K on it before selling it because I was facing a t-chain replacement. At the time it was December and I didn't have a garage. Toyota wanted $2,200, a local garage wanted a blank check, a friend of a friend wanted $600 but when the lower ball joint caused me to fail inspection I let it go.

It's indestructible as long as the chain guides are in place. My old Honda Accord felt like it was unkillable. It always felt like it was lacking in power, but it felt unkillable.

Wow $2200 ! You could get a crate 22re for that much.
I did my chain, water pump, oil pump and a few other odds and ends for around $175

Yeah...I mean, I priced out the parts and I knew it was a case of all labor, but I had visions of taking everything apart and having it never run again.

When I was going through the FSM and Step 1 via Toyota was to drop the front differential, and I would have had to use my Mom's driveway (in December) to do it...

The bad LBJ was really the nail in the coffin. I failed inspection and that was quoted at $400 or so to replace it, plus the T-chain. I read how to replace the chain w/o pulling the head and everything but if you didn't get it perfect you'd damage the HG and then it'd all have to come apart anyways. I'm brave, but I know my limits, and that day, those were my limits!

Especially in a 5000 pound beast like that car. Couldn't even get out of its own way but you could practically see the fuel gauge drop while driving up the street. Then again, it was free..

Nothing like spending 10 minutes looking for that nut you just dropped because your hands are numb and then going to thread it on and dropping it again (because oh, right, your hands are still numb)
