Im a sophomore Mechanical Engineering major at Oregon State University.

 

My brother is gonna go to technical school for diesel mechanics, and stay in state, so were gonna graduate at the same time and he's gonna have zero debt.

Can't say I'm not a little jealous of that.

 

I could have lived at home and gotten out w/a 4 year degree and probably only of had a third -half of the debt I do. But I am glad I got out and lived on my own. It's a give and take and as long as you are smart with your money debt like school loans is not a problem.
