    i do calves maybe once a month, and they striated and big as fuck, i do arms always every workout now and they look the same. human body is weird.

    Yep I use to do arms traditionally, then started working them every other day, and now I do them every day thanks to CT Fletcher...Fuck overtraining!

    Doing arms everyday sounds fucking stupid. If you workout the arms every day how can you expect to make progression in any of your major muscles? The triceps play in the roll of benching and pressing movements... up to %30 contribution to flat bench. If the triceps are exhausted you cannot make gains on those movements.

    The biceps also plays a roll in back movements, although not as much if you do the exercise properly, it still gets targeted and can exhaust the muscle causing loss of strength on many upper back exercises... Meh... to each their own I guess.

    i just throw in a couple of sets of biceps after every workout, i don't work tricep because i do a lotta pressing movments, but bicep, i almost never work them directly.

    Same here. I don't do a full-up arm workout every day. It's usually just one or 2 exercises at the end of my regimen
