I got one of these in black on the pre-order sale when these first came out, it is awesome! I have mine mounted where the 4x4 knob is (prerunner so mine is blank) and it works great! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! Used my extra magnet to mount it in my GF's car... she's just trying to decide which color to get for hers.

Also, i almost never tighten the nut on the back, usually leave it loose so it is easier to put my phone in and out and it stays in place just fine. Tightening the nut on the back and it is seriously locked in place.

Mostly miscellaneous electronic mods.... -2 spare Electrical fuse blocks hard wired to the battery with a key on relay. -Hard Wired Radar detector over rearview mirror. -2 Dual Whelen Avenger blue LED emergency lights, one on each side of the rearview mirror. -EP911 Blue LED Light Bar & Traffic Advisor, Rear Windows. -4 corner amber strobes in stock lights. -Hardwired RF Scanner with external speaker under center console. -Huskyliner front splash guards -Fireband 2 way radio in center console. -Herculiner painted on hitch and skid plate. -Switch to power one 12v socket when truck is off. -AntiDark LED strip under hood with switch. -Timbren Rubber Springs - Rear -MBRP Offroad Cat-Back with Resonator -Duratrac's -Provisor -Color matched hood bug shield
so am i understanding right that the 5s will not work in the large mount? will it just fall through? i'd prefer not having to modify a small mount for a large phone, but rather would prefer padding a large mount for a small phone on the short term if need be, if its not a huge hassle.

    +1

Shoot me a PM too so I can get your full name on the roster.

Can't fake that testimonial  Glad you enjoy the product!

Correct, the Large mount is not only too wide for the 5s but the over all length of the large when it is fully collapsed is too long to grab the 5s.

Which case do you have on your 5s?

Yes sir, I just looked into it and the Droid Turbo is about 5.65" long which is in the large range.

Awesome! Just shoot me a PM with your full name.

It hasn't yet. I've gone to pull the mount off to move it into my girlfriends car, and just pulling it off takes the plastic piece off with it because the magnet is so strong. From regular driving it has held there without issue, if you're offroading with it a more sturdy mounting spot would probably be best. Good thing you get two magnets with it!
