I actually did arms every day for a month. Just to try it. They got bigger. But I also got weaker. I was only doin a 3 exercise circuit at the end of my workout.

    Wut

Doing anything everyday is fucking stupid. Muscles grow while recovering, not when working out. Even on abs, calves, and arms, recovery takes at least a day....unless, of course, you're on dat der Celltech

CT's a fucking idiot. Entertaining? Yes. Huge? Yes. Smart? No.

He didn't get huge being an idiot....or drinking beer.

And yea, at least a day, 24 hours. He doesn't mean he did a full set of arms every day. Fuck, I do arms every day that I'm in the gym. Not a full set work out, but I give em some love. Can't do that with legs, different type of muscle fibers, fast twitch vs slow twitch.

Curious as to what you mean when u say u cant do that with legs? Legs are primarily in most people a slow twitch muscle unless your trained as say a sprinter or power lifter...you walk on em all day long if they were a fast twitch like your traps are you couldnt do that. A slow twitch (type 1) rely on oxygen and have more capilaries in them meaning faster recover because they get more blood flow and blood flow equals more nutrients. I "hit" legs every day in my oly programing, not saying i squat every day but every type of oly lift has a pull from the ground.

Lots of factors determin fiber type based on how you train, this short artical does a realy good job explanining how to train and manipulate fiber types without getting to sciency and talking about how all the synapses work and myosin/actin shit, if anyone is interested take a look

Edit* and heres a good one for the peeps who understand KINE fairly well its a bit more detailed

I think he's referring to a typical leg workout. Squats, leg press, curls, extensions, etc..... Oly lifting everyday isn't going to have anywhere near the same volume as a BBing type leg workout.

Whats the purpose for extending the legs between deadlift reps? I've been seeing a lot more of this lately.

^this. 'Torn ACL? Fuck you, weak mother fucker! Go big, niqqa! Fuck recovery, bitch! Hammer curls every got-damn day! Fuck you, mother fuckaaa!'

Sure, he's entertaining, but I would never take advice from that fool. Glad to see that style of training works for him, though
