Huh.
Nope, don't like it.
The GF's Honda has blue lighting, and at night I have to dial it way back or else it reflects off of the windows and screws with my night vision. Probably wouldn't be a problem if we lived someplace with streetlights, but out here it's DARK at night.

got the Windham Weaponry I've been wanting came with a preban 30 round mag, 80 rounds, a 5 round mag for hunting the hard case and a shoulder strap.

 

I do have it turned down from what it looks like in that picture. IDK about the Honda but I have no problem with it reflecting off any windows, might be because of how sunk in the gagues are in our dash's. My radio is more of a problem for me now but anyways I've always hated the orange (or red for that matter) dash boards.
My wifes Ford is green and although it's kinda boring I have no problem with it.

Could be. The gauges on her Honda are sunken, but not as deep as on the Tacoma. However, the blue still screws with my night vision unless I dial them down considerably.

I like the orange gauges. I can't stand blue light at night.

I have excellent night vision. When I was young & dumb I used to shut my headlights off during a full moon (especially during the winter) because I could see further down the road than I could with the headlights on. I can still do it, but I don't anymore because it means that nobody else can see me

If there's even a 1/4 moon I can see nearly as well as I can see during the day, but there's less detail and the colors are washed out.

Blue headlights bug the hell out of me but these are blue backlite gauges. They don't bother me at all. Orange DOES!

 

I don't mind the Orange. I have the dimmer turned almost all the way down though. Maybe I'm old, but bright gauges annoy the shit out of me and kill night vision.

 

When I had my 1st gen I used to keep the gauges dialed down very low also. With the 2nd gen I keep them at about 1/2 power

 

hey Noel do you know if Maine has bullet grain limitations/regulations for hunting? for example is a 55 grain 5.56 acceptable to hunt with?
