    Make a fold up cover for the winch slot. Put it there. I think some guys just affix their with those strong earth magnets.

    I live in TX too and your license plate does not have to be in the exact centre of your vehicle, just as long as it's visible and on the front. Mines off to the side of my bumper. So essentially, you can either make a mount for it and place it off to the side, or have it mounted some other way. You'll figure it out

    With this question in mind, Can you use the factory fog light wiring to rewire in new aftermarket lights and mount them to the bumper? OR will it need a whole new wiring kit??
