The ol GVT has my legs sore as shit! I haven't been sore in a while! Also, I calculated my macros for my Krystal's: 1550 calories, 56g p, 180 c, 77 f. I adjusted my remaining meals to keep all my numbers where they need to be. I love iifym, but I have my own twist on it: I use their TDEE calculator, but I go 500 calories above maintenance, do 1-1.5 x body weight for protein. I do .3-.5 x body weight for fat and I fill the rest in with carbs. I like this way because it gives bigger windows, rather than exact numbers. So, my goal with a TDEE of 3017 is 3517 calories, 208-312 g protein, 63-104 g fat, and fill the remainder with carbs.

they are setting their hips back so they can relax they abdominals and get fresh air in, after they get fresh air, they bring the hips under again to compress the abdomen to create more intra abdominal pressure, so they are not extending their legs to extend their legs, they are doing it because that's the only way to get your hips back while still holding onto the bar.

Just read on article on how Bradley Cooper prepared for his role in "American Sniper," the story based off real life Navy Seal Chris Kyle. He worked out 4 hours a day for months, took his personal trainer every where he went, ate every 55 minutes, and ate up to almost 8,000 calories a day! Says he packed on 40lbs, doesn't say whether it was lean mass or just mass in general. 8,000 calories though? I think I'd puke and be too full to do anything by time I reached 4,000. It's hard for me to reach 2,500 with clean eating.

8000 clean? No way. 8000 dirty? No problem. Also, I don't get these folks that do 2+ hr workouts. After a while, you're being counter-productive. I dunno know about Bradley Cooper, specifically, but there are these two dudes that come to my gym 3 days a week and workout for 4 hrs each time. I workout 4 hours total per week!

Don't believe any of those hollywood stories, their trainer AKA dealers has the best hookup on pharmaceuticals, they get the best designer hormones on the market, Almost every muscular actor in hollywood takes HGH and some type of oral. Fucking 8000 calories my ass.

I'll take the ones designed by Armani, please. You right though, I'm sure it wasn't clean. The only person I've been actually able to track through progress is Hugh Jackman. Look at him now compared to X-Men back in 2002.

The article I read wouldn't load the pictures. Not much difference besides a beard and bigger shoulders. I mean you can tell he gained weight but the article made it sound like he was getting jacked for the role. I can't wait for it to come out either.

haha that's like the kids that come in here with a print out of the '300 workout' or the 'hugh jackman wolverine workout'; they think a workout is some kind of miracle, when it's 90% pharmaceuticals. Generally, if you have to ask if they're juicing, they most likely are. No one can make this transformation, short-term, without a little "assistance":

Not to say that I'm against it or that Christian Bale juices (I just used that pic as an example of a HUGE physical transformation...I dunno how far apart those pics actually are). I don't give a fuck what they do. I just don't like that they lie to the public and chalk it up to hours of training, a good diet, and a ten thousand dollar personal trainer. Sure, hard work and dedication plays a huge role, even when juicing, but don't try to say you gained 90 lbs in 6 months from sheer dedication lol

On to more important things...Jordan, how the hell do you afford to do all this shit to your truck?! I just saw on IG that you went from stock, to mid-travel, to long-travel, and now you're going to a rally truck...Are you flippin bricks in the basement of your Crossfit box?

The moneys the one thing i miss about when i was racing downhill bikes :) imagine getting bikes for either free or next to nothing from sponsors, then a couple months later u get a new one and sell the old one you dont need...now keep in mind this is how much they cost (link below) so its a good profit margine ;)

Every time I wanna get something new for the truck my wife always asks why and is it really necessary? Tried telling her that now that we have a kid I need to get new bumpers and re-do the lift to make it safer for our daughter and she was not buying it at all. On a positive note though, once she's out of daycare that will be $600 a month back in my pocket

Nailed it! Got nothin else to spend it on lol my ex like 2 years ago wouldnt let me spend shit on the truck (thats when it was mid travel in that pic) and always wanted to fucking eat out was like a grand a month in eating out i hated it. Ever since that bitch has been gone every pennys gone to the taco lol its torn apart right now doing full cage and all that were gona race it next year.

It also helps that my college is only 7 minutes from my parents house so i actualy live with them, call it lame but it saves me a grand per month where i live and im only 20 so its not like im 35 living with them lol but because i dont have a rent payment, my phone bill/health inssurance for lifes under my dads company, trucks totaly payed off, and no whiney GF. My only overhead i have is food, car insurrance and my car payment on my daily driver so leaves me with lots of fun money lol
