Are you kidding? Chip Foose can touch my truck anytime. It's only a Tacoma.

Shelby is quite dead, so I wouldn't want him touching my truck either. I don't need another haunted vehicle (long & bloody story :()

as for xzibit - uhm, no thanks, I don't need 55 inch woofers and extra bling. There's enough chrome on the thing already.

Foose - As long as he doesn't put custom rims and low profile tires on the truck, he can play with it.

If someone entered your room w/o a key and it was NOT already opened then you likely have some sort a lawsuit against the Hotel as they are providing you a SECURE room when you rent it. They are responsible for the lock and security of the doors provided.

I'm having trouble understanding* how someone entered your locked room w/o a key. I'm kinda buying the hooker stole your shit story.

No shame in buying a hooker in LV. ;)

*I think you're not being 100% truthful about something here.

Op presence is fading. Hooker for sure...

Hopefully her hands weren't as big as Andre the giants, with an Adams apple the size of my balls.

Hotel rooms aren't Fort Knox… The door key is not the only way to get in. YouTube alone will give you a bunch of different ways to break into a hotel room without forcing entry. If someone was patient enough to watch the OP park, check into the hotel, go up to his room, wait until he was asleep, I'm willing to bet the locked hotel room door was a non issue.

Makes sense..... all except the fact that with all the high-rollers with the really fancy cars were all bypassed for a common (no offence) truck. Perp enters locked room, no forced entry with man sleeping, hunts for keys and steals truck...

Hey man i just read this post, although i dont have definite answers maybe this will help. I was at the hard rock cafe (front parking lot of the casino) for work on thursday the 6th. I am 99 percent sure i saw your truck drive by in the parking lot (cause im a fellow taco owner, i was talking to my co worker about the bedliner coating on the bumper). This was as the sun was coming up, im fairly positive it was a hispanic male driving it. He slowed down and was checking out one of the diesel trucks that was all decked out, it was parked out front by the valet.

Like i said, i just read this today so its a little hazy of a memory, but i looked at my work phone schedule and it shows i was there at 4am-8am.

Hope you find the crook, And i Drive this town all day for work so if i see it ill definatley let you know and get as much info as possible. The bedliner on the bumpers makes it stand out.

Few years ago an equipment dealer we did work for had a coronary. About the 2nd/3rd day he was in the hospital some theft ring stole not only his trucks but used his own trailers to rip a bunch of other gear. Backhoe, little dozer, most of his gear.
He is a decent dude and some good cops went the extra mile to track the stuff.
He also said the insurance company was rabid and working with other ins companies to nail these folks.
They tracked highway photos and traffic cams and port cams, the whole bit.

They pretty much tracked the gear until it was loaded onto about 8 different cargo containers and loaded on a freighter bound for South America and then across the Atlantic.
    But all after the fact.

Now he had the coverage, the gear was replaced, but still, guys' personal toolboxes got lifted.
Pair of pliers your Dad gave you, pics of the family.
An open account with Snap-On don't replace that stuff.
    It was still a violation.
