Whenever I see people doing that, in between their sets, I just re-rack their shit and, if they say something, I'll be like, "oh, were you doing squats here? In the squat rack?" Fucking nerds.

 

as long as it's around 80-85% for reps of RPE 8-9 you will make massive gains.

My favorites are dumbbell and barbell shrugs. My traps and shoulders are some of my fastest growing muscles. I wish my fucking arms and legs would respond like they do. It doesn't help that I'm long armed and legged. My arms and legs are big, compared to most others, but since they're so long, you can't really tell. I guess it beats dafuq out of being short, though! I'm only 5'11'', though. #Ectoprobs

haha short guys got it easy in the bb world. They can have 15" arms and look jacked. I've got 16.25" inch arms and it looks like they're 13's lol

Trust me i know, my buddy is 5'5 his 16" arms looks bigger than mine, even tho im almost 6 feet tall and got 19" arms
