    Yea. What happened to them heading north to the cold? Said it would slow the walkers down.

    The ending where Eugene was struggling to run away from slow walking zombies was pretty stupid looking.

    The last two episodes have been major disappointments in both writing and plot for me.

    Hopefully the midseason cliff hanger they leave us with keeps it interesting.

    One of my co-workers made an interesting comment about this. Zombie or not, in the cold, the human body is still mostly water and would just freeze. So in any below freezing environment there should be few if any zombies. (I know it's not a documentary Oz, it's still fun to discuss :D).

    I don't think going north would slow them down too much. I think we crossed the line of anatomical logic when the dead came back to life. I don't think it was ever mentioned that they are cold to the touch. The fact that they still walk around and move generates heat, living or dead. Also we do not know if they have a heart beat, in which case they can still be warm blooded. Leaving all of this to the imagination is what makes the show good.

    Now onto Eugene having that stumbling gate in the flashback. It is in the comics; basically he is being portrayed as if he has been chased by zombies for hours non-stop. Its like running for a marathon for him so its no surprise he was stumbling like that.

    I also think the show has been a little slow but I rather have 5 seasons of something to watch rather than a 120 min movie. I like that the show is thorough and they make it seem more personable and realistic (as realistic as a zombie show can be). If you want constant gore and explosions just watch a zombie movie instead.
