I want it to be cold enough for the road salt not to work. And then it can snow.

My biggest enemy in winter months = road salt

I'll be detailing my truck again in the beginning of december.

have they started using the salt brine spray on the roads in MD yet? they started that in VA a few years ago. way less mess, and doesn't take the same toll on your vehicle. works almost as well as rock salt.

They started that last year. I swear its just as bad :(

I will probably be buying fluid film soon. I cannot stand for any more surface rust on my frame. It is 100% bull shit. Should not be there. I want my frame hydro dipped next time toyota!!!

when I started living by the beach in florida, I made it a habit that any time I was under the truck, I would not finish up for the day without repainting a small section of the frame or exhaust. that means that I was using about a half can of bedliner a week on the underside of the truck. not a spot of rust, in a place that would turn 1/8'' bar stock into dust over a weekend out in the driveway.

I was recommended this stuff by another member on here, he swears by it, and IIRC he lives in NY so they get it worse than we do

On another note, when is that mod day? ive got a new hub assembly sitting next to me waiting to be installed, many hands make light work right?

No somethings wrong with the 4wd ,leaks oil from multiple places ,has death wobble (a jeep thing) would take 1grand or more to make safe ,its 22yrs old not worth it

Awesome thank you! Gonna talk to the rents and see if there is room for it. Then if it's in my budget I might snag it.
