Yup leave dash in place and run the wire to switch.

 

coat hanger used by chance? im planning on running the wire from there to the engine bay, so Im going behind the gas pedal and stuff. You can run it that way?

 

U can use that or I used 12gauge solid conductor wire

The stock 4wd system. I wired in the stock system until I get the fj swap

I used to be up there once or twice a week for night classes, but now I'm only up there for appointments.

 

Thinking about getting the ATO shackle flip, and I was wondering how much did you have to shim your bump stops?

 

I had to measure the compressed length of the shocks and measure the current bump stop distance and made some spacers to set the height so the bump stops bottom out before the shocks will.

installing through the tpms....should have broken the bead...



fresh meat once again...

took about 12 hours to get those damn dyna beads in...put in 8oz to each tire and it fits into the stock TPMS....however the hole is smaller and I had to un-clog the feed every couple of minutes.

good part it is they work(tested up to 75mph) and I won't have to worry about balancing these tires while they are installed.
