Currently sitting on 5100s all around front set at 1.75 with AAL in rear. Sitting dead level front and back (no rake). I've lost an inch up front and about 1 3/4" in rear, Got a leer shell too which caused sag of nearly a inch. Here's what I'm thinking:

Dakars in the rear but not sure if I should go up in the front too? Kind of worried about too much rake if I don't, I don't mind a little bit but hopefully not more than about an inch. Was also curious if I should upgrade the springs if I change the front settings since I'm gonna be in there anyways...

Truck has 31k miles, shocks have about 15k on them. I do about 400 highway miles a week commuting now as well. Any advice would be appreciated.

I just put Dakar constant load on my '12 trd off road. I previously had stock springs with 1.5 inch block and they had settle back down to below stock. I have revtek 3" spacers up front and ended up with a tiny rake, higher in back. The dakars are at least 3" of lift over stock.

    They ride AWESOME too.

Was thinking they would add 3". Maybe with the 5100s set at max I might be ok with the shell?? I will look at the airbags too, hadn't thought of that option.

Average return for Dakars on a DC is 2 1/2"

I would set the 5100's all the way up and see how it looks. Then get 1/4 inch top plate spacer if needed. 5100's are next when I change my front shocks. And maybe some ome springs.

Would I be bettering myself if I replaced the front coils since I'm gonna be in there anyway?

    depends...

buddies 11 TX pro with the shitty 2+1 leaf pack netted ~ 4in of lift with the dakars..... they are STIFF even with the smaller overload removed, he ended up with all pro standard packs and the truck rides MUCH better.

That stated he usually doesnt have any weight in the rear of the truck, now if you had 300+ lbs in the bed constantly the dakars are a good choice.

I love my Dakars, ride great and got 3"+ out of them on my 12 AC. But I'm less than impressed with the 886s up front. Got the right amount of lift(about 3") but they are too harsh even with plate bumper, winch, and sliders. As a whole it rides down the road nice, but it really clunks on the smaller bumps up front. Did the sway bar relocate thinking maybe it was making contact, no change.
