Morning folks.

 

Got up this am and fired up the smoker. A bit chilly out there, so I had to throw a welding blanket over it to help keep the heat in. Tossed in a couple of beef chuck roasts. Hope to have pulled beef for dinner.

Post up a pic of when it comes out of the smoker and after you pull it apart. Our church sponsors a county program called "Warm Nights" and I usually do chuck roasts on a rotisserie for the night the 08:00 service sponsors. I would like to have a different style of meat as well to sliced beef.
