I loved that movie. Cried during the end of it when they show the pictures of all the guys and their families. One of the hardest movies out there to watch for sure.

I put this post in the B/S/T area, but figured I would post in here since I'm in Tennessee. I can make a better deal on stuff if dealing locally since I won't be bothered with finding a box, packing materials, etc.

I have the following parts available. All are genuine Toyota parts. I am willing to ship everything except the air bag. The air bag is local pickup only due to hazmat shipping restrictions.

    Front speakers: $25 each
    DSC01127a_01f4066eb9db114ee2cea721f6ab4987e9e9beb4.jpg

    Rear speakers: $25 each
    DSC01127b_dab69db4c63f764fbdb4f5abfd6928ff0985ff42.jpg

    Audio controls: $45
    [IMG]

    Cruise Control: $35
    [IMG]

    Clock spring (spiral cable): $100
    [IMG]

Tail lights: $120 for the pair
    [IMG]

    Radio: $60
    [IMG]

Air bag (must be picked up in Lewisburg, TN): $250
    [IMG]

OEM leather-wrapped steering wheel. It is from a Camry or Corolla (not sure), but it looks like the Tacoma wheels and the Tacoma air bag fits. I can't make any guarantees that it will fit a Tacoma though, since it came from another vehicle. $100

For whatever reason, the first post I made didn't show up properly on my phone. I deleted it and tried reposting it the same way, and it still doesn't show up the way I wanted. Now that I am on the computer, it looks fine. Sorry for reposting, but at least the first one is deleted. So it's only in this thread once.

Idk it might be diff if you didn't see the slide show pics of the actual guys. Yeah it's the ending that got me. Watching that movie and actually seeing what they went through and how they died and then seeing their pics and videos at the end with their kids and wives ........ Wow is all I can say. Made me sick to stomach a lil bit. I bet that movie theatre was a strange place to get up and walk out of at the end of the movie. Haha

Walking out of the theatre was hard, tears still rolling.

On another note though, Will I need an alignment when I put these 285/70r17's on from my 285/75r16's? Or will I be alright with the existing alignment

Your alignment doesn't change with tire size cause it doesn't affect your suspension geometry. You're good

Wouldn't that be the same size tire anyways?

There's like a half inch difference but I just wanted to double check anyways.

Yes and no... if you're tires are wearing fucked up, then yes.. get an alignment. If they are not wearing fucked up.... then you're good like gid said.

By the way, I just did the tire size calculator... the 285/70R17 is 0.12in shorter than the 285/75R16......... so dude, fuck it, they are the same size

lol. dose it say what PSI they used? lol PSI or possibly different brand tires can have that much change.

    speaking of tires and all.

got a Question for you. do any BMW cars have a set camber in the rear? buddy says his moms BMW has a set camber in the rear and so the rear tires wear faster.(one of the edged of the tire wear faster)

also that calculator told me my speedo was going to be off by like 3 or 5mph and i used a GPS and it’s dead on accurate and not off like it told me. that was when i went from 265/70r16 to 265/75r16 1” taller tire. speedo must have been off from factory.

I think most people report it being off from the factory and moving up to the 265/75/16s got them to be dead on.
