Heck yeah he needs to go.

Of course, if he takes it peer pressure will rule and he will do Helldorado.

There are plenty of new faces around here.

Has anyone seen an all matte black BCLB 2nd gen that has a front plate bumper and super dark windows. I saw it at Freddy's the other day.

    Well it depends,

what tires do you have? Stock? If there newish and your driving on roads you will be ok, just think about what your doing in the snow.

If your trying to drive off road with the stock tires then yes chains would be smart to have in the back, along with a shovel.

It is looking like my Thanksgiving will be installing a new fuel pump and a 2.2" pulley as well as touching up any frame rust. Probably not a helpful day for you but such is the luxury of bachelorhood.

What you need help with? I can make the garage, assorted tools and a helping hand available. Possibly the Friday after Thanksgiving if that works better for you.

Also, we might be wheeling the Saturday after. Possibly heading up north. Working on getting a plan together.

does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
Hey John, the only time you need chains is over 12-16" of powder or if there is an inch or more of pure ice. Even in these conditions our trucks can still get through, just have to be super cautious, keep your momentum, leave plenty of room to stop.
If you think you need chains, the good ones cost about $100, just make sure they have a way to tension the system that does not rely on bungees to keep tension.
    http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl...YGYDQ&tbm=isch&client=safari&ved=0CB4QMygBMAE
Cam chain tensioners are the easiest to get tight.
There is a better type, with a bar that creates tension, I can't find a pick online, but if you're really interested I could show you a set.
If you seriously think you want chains, hit me up and I'll give you a lesson on how to correctly install, very important on our trucks because there is very little clearance between tire and flare, and tire and brake line, so improper installation could lead to big headaches. This invite goes out to anyone that wants to know how to install chains correctly. I don't claim to be an expert at much, but installing chains is one thing I am. Diego
