    I've never had knee problems so I haven't tried knee sleeves but I did start using a belt when I started to squat heavier and it helped out a lot. I think I was able to add 20lbs more on my squats just from being more stabilized from the belt.

    i got rehbands because they were not really supportive, only for warmth and slight compression, the one's cody got actually helps with weights, but the way his joint is doing, he needs all the help he can get #oldmanjoints

    Haven't maxed out since the beginning of the school year, these are from then:
    145k full clean
    105k full snatch
    340lb bench
    445lb ass to grass bs
    160k ass to grass fs

    Had to mention ass to grass because anyone can squat 500lb to a certain depth

    Really need to work on front squats because the transition hetting under the bar is what's holding me back...

    Thanks man. And yeah you gotta work on catching it and going straight into the front squat. Catching it on the way down and hitting that bounce at the bottom is key.
