    sweet boat! backing it up shouldn't be too bad. empty trailer would be another story. take your time, take someone with you to guide you if you think it will be a tight fit and mirrors are definitely your friend!

    Interesting, usually they would be surge due to the smaller size and it being in a "wet" environment. There should be an electric acuator towards the front of the trailer. They are made to withstand normal rain and wet weather but don't submerge it in water when loading/unloading. Electric brakes are nice because they are instantaneous when the brakes are applied unlike surge which kick in when the trailer "surges" forward and they also work while backing into the water which surge brakes don't do.

    Also, when backing up put your hand at the bottom of the steering wheel instead of at the top. Then when you want to turn right, you'll actually turn left and vice versa.

    Not sure I explained that well but try it and you'll see what I'm saying.

    Sorry I missed all the excitement Beav! Hope everything works out. As everyone has mentioned you should be good to go with you current plug harness. Don't worry about backing up, the bigger the trailer the easier to manu ver it because it doesn't turn as sharply.

    Shouldn't hurt anything overnight like that. Run it out of the water for 10-20 seconds. You just don't want anything completely full with water then have it completely freeze. I'm a procrastinator when it comes to winterizing my stuff and I've had my shit in below freezing temps for days and no issues.

    On a side note, folks just above the Syracuse, NY area are expecting 2-3'! :jellydance:
