Word. I have some ON pre-workout that is a sample pack. I'm gonna give it a try tomorrow. Wonder what the difference is between that and the gold-standard

That's what I was wondering. I've never had the Platinum-Pre, but I'm sure it's good. I'm assuming the Gold Standard is stronger maybe. It was just released today, so I can't find any nutritional facts yet. Hell, it's not even on bb.com yet

    Platinum-Pre:

    200 mg caffeine
    1.6 g beta-alanine
    0 g creatine

    Gold Standard Pre:

    175 mg caffeine
    1.5 g beta alanine
    3 g creatine

:notsure: Not sure what's supposed to be so good about it, unless Platinum-Pre has some banned substances in it b/c the Gold Standard Pre is banned substance free

It now comes with massive amounts of gainz! For real though, doesn't seem like it would be that big of a difference to where you notice. Strange that it would say it is banned substance free. Wonder what's in the other that's banned.
